Job Title: Part-Time Golf Simulator Centre Assistant Location: InHouse Golf, Christian Mill Business Park, Plymouth, PL65DS Salary: £12.71 per hour Hours: 20–30 hours per week (including weekends)

The Role: We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our golf simulator centre on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a social, sports-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth and efficient running Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Manage bookings, payments, and customer enquiries (in-person, phone, and online) Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the facility Provide basic technical support for simulator equipment (training provided) Open and close the venue as required Support marketing efforts and promote events or offers Ensure health & safety standards are upheld Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or customer-facing role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Basic IT skills Interest in golf is beneficial but not essential Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (required) What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (£12.71 per hour) Flexible part-time hours (20–30 per week) Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to work in a unique and growing leisure business How to Apply Please send your CV and a short cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to inhousegolfpl@gmail.com
