Government Affairs & Public Affairs Analyst - Global Tech Dublin Hybrid Contract : 6 months (strong plan of extension) Salary : €65k - €70k pa We're looking for a Government Affairs & Public Policy Analyst to join a global tech environment, supporting policy development and engagement across key regulatory areas. This role offers hands-on exposure to how policy shapes business strategy, products, and users - ideal for someone early in their policy career who wants to move beyond purely academic work. What you'll do Monitor and analyse policy and regulatory developments Conduct policy research and turn insights into clear recommendations Support the development of policy positions, briefings, and consultation responses Contribute to policy campaigns and external engagement Work cross-functionally with Legal, PR, Product, and Marketing teams What we're looking for Degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or similar 2-4 years' experience in policy, public affairs, or research Experience in policy analysis and contributing to policy development Strong understanding of government/regulatory environments Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Nice to have Exposure to EU, digital, or economic policy Experience with consultation responses or advocacy work This is a solid opportunity to step into a role where you're not just analysing policy - you're helping shape it.
