The Opportunity This programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want more than an entry-level role. You’ll be trained across the four core pillars of entrepreneurship, gaining practical experience that builds a foundation for long-term success in business — whether that’s within our organisation or in future ventures.

You’ll develop real-world skills in: Sales and client acquisition Interviewing, recruitment, and team development Training and performance management Leadership, strategy, and business operations

No prior sales or marketing experience is required. Full product training is provided for every client and campaign, alongside ongoing mentorship, an open-door leadership policy, and a supportive, high-performance environment.

Your First 4 Weeks Will Include Representing globally recognised brands across event-based, B2B, and residential platforms Delivering face-to-face presentations as part of a team Engaging existing and potential clients through confident communication Registering interest for products and services Working towards clear individual and team performance targets
