Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Glasgow
Start Dates: Multiple intakes throughout the summer Next Start Date: 15th June 💼 Realistic Earnings Year 1: £40–50k Year 2: £75k Year 3: £100k+

Your Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to run a full recruitment desk from day one: Candidate Management: Source, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships and understand hiring needs Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and salary benchmarks Negotiation: Manage offers and secure outcomes for clients and candidates Compliance: Ensure documentation and processes meet legal standards
