Understanding Recruitment is an award-winning technology, software and digital recruitment consultancy based in St Albans. We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for ambitious graduates to join our high-performing teams.

As a Graduate Researcher, you’ll join a structured training programme designed to set you up for success from day one. You’ll be supported by our in-house Learning & Development team, external industry experts, and experienced consultants who will mentor you throughout your journey.

Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with an established client base, helping to source top tech talent across specialist markets. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll develop skills in relationship building, candidate management, and delivery, while making a real impact on growing businesses.

Required Skills

Motivated, resilient and eager to build a long-term career. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with people. Any background in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar environments is a plus.

Salary: £26,800 + OTE + excellent benefits
