Job Title: Group Data Executive

Location: Head Office, Stoke-on-Trent (On-site only – not remote or hybrid)

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Start Date: Immediate

About The Role

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded and results-focused individual to join the expanding marketing team at Holdcroft. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our ongoing digital transformation and contribute directly to the performance and optimisation of marketing activity across the group.

You will bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with a strong interest in data-led decision making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As Group Data Executive, you will be responsible for managing, analysing, and interpreting marketing data to support campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

Your duties will include:

Overseeing data collection, processing, and analysis across marketing activities Handling all data requests for marketing campaigns in a timely and accurate manner Developing and improving efficient data processes and workflows Cleaning and maintaining high-quality data in collaboration with wider teams Managing data collection projects from initiation through to completion Conducting regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity Ensuring full data compliance across the group, including GDPR, advertising standards, financial compliance, manufacturer requirements, and brand guidelines Carrying out in-depth analysis and producing clear, actionable reports Ensuring timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks Supporting compliance across Holdcroft and all partner brands

About You

Is highly analytical with strong attention to detail Has experience working with data in a marketing or commercial environment Can manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Is confident working with large datasets and producing insights Understands the importance of data compliance and governance Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Brings a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Stoke-on-Trent head office. Please note this role does not offer remote or hybrid working.
