About the Role Noevo.io is scaling rapidly and seeks an experienced Growth & Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion for our AI-powered study abroad and career guidance platform. You will own end-to-end growth marketing strategies, focusing on performance channels, content, SEO, and partnership-driven campaigns. Working hand-in-hand with the Head of Partnerships, you will ensure that institutional collaborations translate into measurable user growth and high-quality conversions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute aggressive growth marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, platform engagement, and conversion rates (from AI conversations to applications and enrolments). Own performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic) with a strong focus on ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and lifetime value optimisation. Build and optimise organic growth engines, including SEO, content marketing, email/SMS nurturing, and social media strategies targeted at prospective international students. Design and run integrated campaigns that amplify university and institutional partnerships (co-branded content, webinars, lead-generation funnels). Analyse user behaviour, funnel metrics, and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar; continuously test and iterate to improve results. Collaborate with the product and AI teams to optimise onboarding flows, recommendation quality, and conversion touchpoints. Manage marketing budget efficiently while identifying new high-ROI channels and creative acquisition tactics. Produce insightful reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting growth metrics and strategic recommendations. Stay ahead of trends in EdTech marketing, student mobility, and AI-driven personalisation.
Requirements & Experience 6+ years of hands-on growth marketing or performance marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of driving significant user growth and conversion improvements in EdTech, SaaS, education, or consumer tech startups. Strong expertise in digital acquisition channels, attribution modelling, A/B testing, and data-driven optimisation. Experience working with or marketing to the international student audience and education sector is highly desirable. Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, email platforms, analytics suites) and CRM systems. Creative yet analytical mindset with excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus). Ability to work in a dynamic, early-stage environment with high ownership and fast decision-making.
