About us Guitar Teacher Bushey isn't just another agency. We're a decentralised music school with a community of 10+ tutors and nearly 200 students in SW Herts and NW London. We're musician/tutor-run, so we've done and do what you do, we get it, and we want you and your students to love being part of our school, and work with us to build something even bigger and better as long-term partners. Our team and director Peter are on hand for support and advice, sharing resources, and of course, end-of-term socials!

A supportive community of tutors available for advice when needed Career and pay progression — most tutors start on £36-£45 per hour, but this can increase to £60 over time depending on ability, experience and performance.

What we’re looking for Musical excellence and a genuine interest in teaching – required Experience with students aged 5+, including adults – required for Pro Tutor+ Reliable, professional and good with parents – required A degree in music – desired (required to start as Pro Tutor+) Enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one) and relevant safeguarding training - required Available and looking to take on at least two days of work (you can pick your days) on weekdays 4–8pm or weekends – required Ideally based within 30 minutes of the advertised teaching position, unless you are in the area already – required (please let us know if this is not reflected in your CV) A car is useful for home lessons, but tutors with a suitable home teaching space are also welcome – desired How to apply Email hello@guitarteacherbushey.co.uk with:
