Head of Data & Analytics Midlands | Hybrid GSF Car Parts Role overview GSF Car Parts is recruiting a Head of Data & Analytics to play a critical leadership role in how data and insight support commercial and operational decision‑making across the business. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will work closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance. You will lead a small analytics team and take a hands‑on role in improving data quality, consistency and trust — moving the organisation towards a clear, commercially relevant single version of the truth. Key responsibilities Lead and develop GSF’s data and analytics capability Improve data quality, governance and reporting consistency Modernise dashboards and MI using Power BI and other tools Embed insight into daily commercial and operational decision‑making Deliver analysis across pricing, margin, volume, stock and performance Partner with senior stakeholders to turn insight into action Support the business’s approach to advanced analytics and AI where it adds practical value About you Proven experience leading data and analytics in a complex, multi‑site or high‑volume environment Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margin and performance drivers Hands‑on technical capability (SQL, Excel, Power BI / Tableau or similar) Confident influencing and partnering with senior leaders Pragmatic, delivery‑focused and comfortable operating at pace Experience with advanced analytics or AI initiatives is beneficial About GSF Car Parts At GSF Car Parts, our mission is simple: to be the employer of choice for people who want to make an impact.
