What you’ll be doing As Head of Brand, you’ll own and shape our overall brand strategy, creating a clear, consistent, and compelling presence across all channels. You’ll define our positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring everything we take to market reflects who we are and where we’re going. You’ll lead the delivery of impactful, insight-led campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and long-term growth. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams, you’ll align brand activity with business priorities. You’ll also manage agency partners, guide creative output, and use data and market insights to continually refine and strengthen our brand’s impact.

The salary for this role is circa £85,000.

Key responsibilities include: Development of existing brand architecture and frameworks to allow for local execution of brand campaigns. Control over brand message and consistency where possible in brand campaign execution within source markets. All design and production processes and execution to support all marketing efforts, including but not limited to: Ad production and All print material production. Development and execution of appropriate model to support progressive site design and marketing activity to be focused on Client Acquisition, Client Conversion and client retention. Review and development of model of in house and out of house production and writing and the development of a consistent brand led tone of voice in all areas of content, Digital and analogue. Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the team through consistent management of performance, regular feedback and coaching. Conduct 1-2-1s and quarterly performance reviews with individual team members to provide support and identify development/training needs. Set and review objectives for team and create development plans.

About you You’re a strategic and creative brand leader with strong experience in brand development, integrated campaigns, and multi-channel activation. Skilled in annual and long-term planning, you bring expertise across media, social and PR to deliver impactful brand experiences. A confident leader, you effectively manage agencies and in-house teams, driving high standards and alignment. You combine commercial thinking with creativity and are passionate about building brands that stand out and deliver results.

Additional experience required:
