THE ROLE_ The Head of Client will hold overall responsibility for ensuring a high standard of service across a portfolio of UK agencies and clients. Working with cross-functional teams, they will help establish a consistent and client-centric approach, and will lead on key initiatives where appropriate. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and supporting the adoption of Talon’s solutions and platforms as part of broader strategic partnerships. The Head of Client will collaborate closely with Business Directors to develop tailored engagement plans aligned to our client and agency strategy, and will coach the wider team to deliver best-in-class service and outcomes. This position has a strong relationship focus, ensuring our agencies and clients continue to value Talon’s contribution and that trusted partnerships can enable future growth and new opportunities.
