Head of FP&A – Multi-Site Business Location: Reading (Hybrid, 4 days) Salary: Up to £110,000 + bonus DN0605

The Business Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed, multi-site business with a significant UK footprint and a clear growth agenda. Operating across a large and diverse estate, the business is focused on driving performance, improving visibility, and supporting continued expansion.

The Role Reporting to the CFO, the Head of FP&A will lead all planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the group. This is a high-impact role, responsible for delivering actionable insight and supporting strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-site operation. You will work closely with both finance and operational leadership, helping to drive performance at both group and site level.

Key Responsibilities Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Own the monthly board pack, delivering clear, insightful performance analysis Partner with operational stakeholders to drive site-level performance and profitability Develop and track key multi-site KPIs (e.g. utilisation, labour efficiency, margin performance) Build robust financial models to support growth, investment, and strategic initiatives Provide commercial insight and challenge to senior leadership Improve FP&A processes, reporting, and systems Build, lead, and develop the FP&A function

Candidate Profile ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) Proven FP&A leadership experience within a multi-site environment (essential) Background in consumer-facing, healthcare, or operationally complex businesses preferred Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth environment is advantageous Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability Track record of improving reporting, processes, and controls
