Head of Marketing
Head of Marketing | Cyber Sec / SaaS | North-West (Office-Based)
Motive Group is working with an enterprise Cyber SaaS business, hiring a Head of Marketing to turn marketing into a serious growth engine.
The business is profitable, ARR is already in the double-digit millions, the US expansion is live, and the sales team is scaling. Pipeline is your north star. Everything else serves that goal.
What you'll own:
- Pipeline generation across SEO, paid, content, events, partnerships and outbound
- Positioning and messaging against established enterprise competitors
- A small internal team plus external agencies you'll hold to a high bar
- Brand and content that serves both SEO and sales enablement

What we need:
- Significant B2B SaaS marketing experience with a real track record on pipeline
- Hands-on experience marketing into the US (UK→US scale-up experience is gold)
- Ability to translate technical product into commercial value for CIOs, CDOs, CMOs and CISOs
- A manager who gets results through people and partners - and fills the gaps themselves when needed
