Head of Retail, Marketing and Income

Location: Waterside House, Station Road, Irthlingborough/The William and Patricia Venton Centre, York Road, Northampton/hybrid work pattern Rate of pay: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, full time equivalent Hours: 28 to 37 hours per week (flexible to meet business needs)

About the role We are looking for someone with senior-level experience in fundraising, retail, income generation or marketing to provide strategic and financial leadership across retail, fundraising and marketing, ensuring sustainable growth in voluntary and traded income, strong financial oversight, and effective performance management.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the role will lead and develop a cross functional income, retail and marketing team, build organisational income capability, and support growth and expansion through new income opportunities and robust business cases.

About you You must have experience of setting, monitoring and delivering against income targets and excellent communication and influencing skills.

You will need to have the ability to lead teams through change and demonstrable experience of strong leadership skills. Come and work for a local independent charity, knowing that you are making a positive difference to thousands of older people every year.
