Meta Global Solutions is building something from the ground up — and we're looking for a seasoned Risk professional to lead the charge.

As our Head of Risk, you won't be stepping into an existing framework. You'll be architecting one. From zero.

📌 About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on risk leader to design, build, and operationalize a full risk infrastructure for an FX brokerage from scratch. You'll own everything from risk screen design to day-to-day operational management — and you'll have the technical depth to get into the weeds when it matters.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build risk monitoring screens and dashboards from the ground up for an FX brokerage environment • Define and implement risk parameters, exposure limits, and real-time alert frameworks • Manage and continuously optimize the day-to-day operational risk processes • Install, configure, and maintain risk-related plugins on trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or equivalent) • Set up and manage bridge infrastructure between liquidity providers and trading platforms • Monitor client and book-level P&L, net exposure, hedging requirements, and margin utilization in real time • Build and enforce A-book / B-book risk models and execution strategies • Collaborate with technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end risk coverage • Establish escalation protocols and risk reporting frameworks for senior management • Stay ahead of market developments, liquidity conditions, and regulatory changes impacting FX risk

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on FX risk management experience at a retail or institutional brokerage • Proven experience building risk desks or risk infrastructure from scratch • Deep technical knowledge of MT4/MT5 ecosystem, including plugin architecture and configuration • Hands-on experience with bridge setup and management (e.g., PrimeXM, OneZero, Gold-i, or similar) • Strong understanding of FX execution models: A-book, B-book, and hybrid approaches • Proficiency with risk monitoring tools and the ability to design custom risk screens • Solid grasp of liquidity management, spread management, and latency considerations • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data under pressure • Excellent communication skills — able to translate risk concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with CRM-integrated risk workflows • Background in prop trading or market making • Knowledge of crypto CFD risk alongside FX
