Health Care Assistant - NIGHTS

Are you a compassionate, hard-working and reliable person who finds purpose in supporting others? We are looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents while the rest of the world sleeps.

Requirements

• A can-do attitude.
• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
• Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – This is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
• Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
• Care for our residents like they are your own family.
• Look after your resident’s physical, psychological and social needs.
• Help with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
