Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Healthcare Assistant, based in Lancaster with the option for occasional remote work. The Healthcare Assistant will provide high-quality care and support to clients, including personal care, medication assistance, and companionship. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, following health and safety protocols, and liaising with families and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery.
Qualifications Strong skills in Patient Care and Medicine management Proficiency in Manual Handling and adherence to Health & Safety standards Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members A caring, compassionate, and professional approach to providing support Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is desirable Relevant certification or training in healthcare or social care is a plus Full UK driving license and access to reliable transportation are an advantage
