This is a two-month temp assignment (possible extension) working on the Service / Help Desk at an IT firm in Glasgow. Start ASAP.
What you'll do - Answer inbound calls from internal and external clients Route calls through to the right engineer or technical specialist Raise tickets on the system Escalate urgent tickets Keep clients informed on progress of their ticket or query Manage email inboxes
Some Help or Service Desk or IT / ICT experience is ideal, but you'll be offered training and support from day one. As important is a logical, calm and diplomatic manner, and a customer-centric approach to your work.
You must have the right to work in the UK, be able to provide references and be able to work onsite in Glasgow 5 days per week.
