Human Resources Business Partner - Fixed Term (12 Months)
Join our operational service delivery team in Dyce, Aberdeen. Providing support across multiple business units in the offshore sector, you will work closely with managers to deliver effective employee relations, guide individuals through the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with policies and advise on industry agreements.
Requirements
Experience in supporting change management processes Strong understanding of complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and performance management Understanding of the ESA/NAECI agreements preferred Excellent communication and organisational skills
Location: Dyce, Aberdeen
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Working Pattern: Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in office
