HR Business Partner – Organisational Effectiveness Worcestershire (Hybrid Working) Paying £60,000 – £80,000 + Benefits Initial 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Start ASAP)
We are partnering with a well-established, fast-paced commercial organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner with a focus on Organisational Effectiveness on an initial 12-month FTC basis.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leaders across operational, engineering and commercial functions to strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness and workforce performance during a period of ongoing evolution and change.
Working alongside an existing HR Business Partnering team, this role has a particular focus on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability and building strong partnerships across the business.
Importantly, this is not positioned as an HR Director or heavily consultancy-led OD contract role. Instead, the business is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded HR Business Partner who enjoys operating close to the business, balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery and operational pace.
The Opportunity This role offers the chance to: Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas Lead workforce planning and organisational capability discussions Support organisational design and transformation initiatives Drive leadership effectiveness and team performance Use workforce insight and people data to influence business decisions Contribute to talent, succession and future capability planning Work within a collaborative and evolving HR function
Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to understand organisational capability requirements and future workforce needs Support workforce planning, succession and capability mapping activity Lead conversations around organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and team performance Contribute to organisational design initiatives including structures, role clarity and team evolution Coach and challenge leaders through periods of change and transformation Use workforce insight and data to identify trends, risks and opportunities Support the deployment of broader talent and organisational effectiveness initiatives Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure strategic priorities translate into effective delivery Support engagement and change communication activity across the business
About You To be successful in this role, you will likely demonstrate: Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or workforce planning activity Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability Commercial awareness with the ability to balance strategy and operational delivery Confidence working within fast-paced operational, engineering, manufacturing or commercial environments Strong communication and relationship-building skills A pragmatic, resilient and solutions-focused approach CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
