We're looking for motivated graduates to join our HR Graduate Development Programme – designed to give you broad, hands-on exposure across core HR disciplines and build strong foundations for a successful career in Human Resources within a dynamic, growing business.

You'll work closely with experienced HR professionals, managers, and employees across the business, contributing to real people initiatives from day one. By the end of the programme, you won't just understand HR, you'll have the confidence, capability, and experience to make a meaningful impact on our people and culture.

About You What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the HR team across key areas including employee relations, learning & development, and recruitment • Assisting with employee relations matters such as absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management • Supporting recruitment activity including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new starters • Helping to plan, coordinate, and evaluate training and development programmes • Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR systems and data reporting • Working with managers to support people initiatives and promote best practice • Getting involved in HR projects that contribute directly to engagement, retention, and organisational effectiveness
