HR Policy & Compliance Specialist | $36/hr Remote

Position: HR Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $10 - $36/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Review, develop, and update HR policies, handbooks, and documentation. Design and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows. Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee relations scenarios. Create and evaluate internal communications and change management strategies. Contribute expertise to improve AI-driven HR tools and resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy accuracy and clarity. Document and organize HR knowledge for training and process improvement.

Requirements

Strong experience in HR policy, compliance, or people operations roles. Strong expertise in policy development and HR documentation. Strong understanding of HR compliance, onboarding, and employee relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate complex HR topics into clear documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in remote environments.
