Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter located in the Greater Cheshire West and Chester Area. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing job offer negotiations. The role will also involve maintaining recruitment data and staying updated with industry hiring trends to support the company’s talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications Proven expertise in Recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates Organizational and Time Management abilities to effectively manage multiple hiring requisitions Understanding of Employment Laws and Regulations relevant to recruitment practices Exceptional problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous recruitment experience in the real estate or property management sector is a plus
