Fel ein Cynorthwyydd AD byddwch chi'n darparu cefnogaeth weinyddol gynhwysfawr i Amgueddfa Cymru er mwyn sicrhau fod y gwasanaeth AD a ddarparir yn gyson, amserol ac o safon uchel. Byddwch chi’n gyfrifol am nifer o dasgau gweinyddol, gan gynnwys cyfrifoldeb gweinyddol dros y broses recriwtio a dewis, prosesi anfonebau a monitro cyllidebau. Byddwch chi hefyd yn cynorthwyo gydag ateb ymholiadau AD cyffredinol, monitro a phrosesu data cyflogres AD, diweddaru'r gronfa ddata AD gyda newidiadau.
Prif Gyfrifoldebau Caiff dyletswyddau gweinyddol eu cwblhau’n effeithiol ac yn effeithlon, gan sicrhau bod gan yr adran gefnogaeth ddigonol i ymgymryd â’i holl weithrediadau fel y nodir uchod. Cyfrifoldeb am flwch derbyn AD gan sicrhau bod unrhyw ymholiadau'n cael eu trin yn gyflym ac yn gywir. Bod yn rhan o sicrhau bod y Tîm AD yn darparu cymorth effeithlon a di-dor i staff mewnol a chwsmeriaid allanol trwy ddarparu gwybodaeth o ansawdd uchel a gwasanaeth rhagorol. Sicrhau y caiff gwybodaeth ystadegol ei diweddaru a'i hadrodd, gan gynnwys Dangosyddion Perfformiad Allweddol ac unrhyw ofynion adrodd eraill. Fel aelod o’r Tîm AD byddwch yn cyfrannu at nodau cyffredin y Tîm gyda pharodrwydd i gefnogi a galluogi eraill.
As our HR Assistant you will provide comprehensive administration support for Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales to ensure the HR service provided is consistent, timely and of a high standard. You’ll be responsible for various administration tasks, including administrative responsibility for Amgueddfa Cymru’s recruitment and selection process, processing invoices and budget monitoring. You will also assist in answering general HR queries, monitoring, and processing HR-payroll data, updating the HR data base with changes.
Key Responsibilities Administrative duties will be completed effectively and efficiently, ensuring the department has adequate support to carry out all functions as listed above. Responsibility for the HR inbox ensuring that any queries that come through are dealt with quickly and correctly. Be part of ensuring that the HR Team provides an efficient and seamless assistance to both internal staff and external customers through provision of high-quality information and excellent service. Ensure statistical information is kept up-to-date and reported, including Key Performance Indicators and other reporting requirements. As a HR Team member you will contribute to the Team’s shared goals with a willingness to support and enable others
