People Partner, Leicester Permanent, c£40,000 plus car allowance On-site

We are seeking an experienced and pragmatic People Partner to support a fast-paced operational and logistics environment based in Leicester. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you will partner closely with operational leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that support performance, engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR contact for the site, supporting managers across all people-related matters Provide guidance on employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management Drive HR initiatives aligned with operational goals, including workforce planning and performance management Support recruitment and onboarding for site-based roles Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, engagement, and accountability About You: Proven experience in an HR Manager, HRBP or Senior HR Advisor role within operations, logistics, or a similar environment Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Confident managing complex employee relations cases Comfortable working in a fast-paced, site-based setting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
