We’re looking for a People Partner to join a fast-paced manufacturing business in Leeds. Reporting into the People Manager, this is a hands-on, generalist role where you’ll work closely with managers to support day-to-day people matters and help drive engagement across the site.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with line managers and department heads to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding Lead and support HR projects, including system implementation and process improvements Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice Support employee relations matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve organisational performance Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values
Skills/experience: Proven experience in a generalist HR role (HR Advisor / HRBP level) Comfortable supporting employee relations cases end-to-end Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge managers constructively Experience working in manufacturing or a similar environment (desirable) CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
