Travel Radar is growing; We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team on a part-time, flexible, basis. As a HR Intern you can expect excellent training, support and opportunities to get stuck in, coming out of the internship with real-world experience, and a CPD Diploma at either Level 5 or 7, and the chance to lay the groundwork for your formal CIPD qualification in Human Resources.
This is a generalist entry-level role with the opportunity to specialise in an area such as:
Recruitment New Hire Process including Onboarding & Vetting HR Administration (HRIS/HRM softwares) Employee Experience & Engagement Learning & Development and Training ER / Staff Relations
You’ll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment — ideal if you’re looking to kick-start or grow your career in HR. Some of the tasks you'll be completing could include:
Supporting the recruitment process by posting ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews Note taking meetings (in person or remotely) to the highest possible accuracy Assisting with onboarding new team members, including documentation and welcome sessions Maintaining digital HR records and tracking key data Responding to team queries and supporting the delivery of internal communications Helping organise training opportunities, check-ins, and team initiatives Supporting our HR projects and contributing ideas to improve team culture
Please note, for this particular position we operate on a hybrid working arrangement with at least 40% of your monthly shifts complete in-office; This will be at our HQ based on Park Farm Business Park, in Haywards Heath, East Sussex. The remainder of the month, you will be working remotely via Office365.

Additional Information Commitment per Week: 10hrs Reports to: People & Culture Manager Start Date/s: May 2026 (on a 6 or 9 month placement)
Please note this is an unpaid/voluntary internship, and is therefore part-time in nature (1-2 days per week).
Please Note: this particular internship is being run on a hybrid basis with 1 day per week from our Burgess Hill based office, and 1 day per week from home. Please only apply if you are happy working on this basis.
