As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR function and employee life cycle including:

Overseeing the onboarding process including inductions, producing offer letters and contracts Coaching and guiding the management team on employment law and HR issues Managing an ER caseload and advising on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and sickness Design and deliver training and development initiatives aligned to business goals, maintaining training records, identifying skills gaps, and supporting management capability. Supporting managers with recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and selection Maintaining and developing HR policies and procedures Co-ordinating all internal and external training
