In-House Events Promoter / Booker

Network Sheffield is one of the city’s leading live music and club venues, hosting national touring acts, club nights, and student events. We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and outgoing In-House Promoter/Booker to help drive awareness, attendance, and engagement across our events calendar. You’ll be part of a small, passionate team responsible for creating buzz—both online and on the ground—by connecting with Sheffield’s vibrant nightlife, student, and music communities.

Responsibilities Promote upcoming Network events through digital and street-level marketing. Build strong connections with local universities, student unions, and societies. Develop and execute creative ideas to increase event attendance. Liaise with DJs, artists, and event partners to ensure consistent messaging. Collect and report feedback from attendees to improve future promotions. Assist the events team on-site to deliver smooth and successful live events. A knowledge of the local music scene Booking of bands/ Artists/ collectives to play at the venue

Qualifications Previous event promotions experience.
