Role Description We are seeking experienced Independent Social Workers (ISWs) to undertake CUBAS and ParentAssess parenting assessments within our Family Assessment Centre.
The successful candidates will work collaboratively with our in-house team to deliver high-quality, analytical, and evidence-based assessments and reports suitable for court proceedings.
This role involves integrating daily observations, direct work sessions, and multi-agency information into comprehensive parenting assessments focused on achieving the best outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities Conduct CUBAS and ParentAssess assessments Produce high-quality, court-ready reports Deliver structured direct work sessions with families Observe and analyse parenting behaviours within a residential setting Attend placement planning meetings, reviews, and case discussions Work collaboratively with practitioners, managers, and external professionals Ensure safeguarding remains central to all practice
