What We’re Looking For ✔️ 1–5 years of inside sales, account executive, business development, or closing experience in SaaS, AI, HRTech, recruitment, or tech sales ✔️ Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets in high-growth or go-to-market environments ✔️ Strong understanding of the UK market, including experience selling to businesses, HR teams, or decision-makers across the United Kingdom ✔️ Excellent communication skills across calls, video meetings, and written conversations ✔️ Experience using CRM and remote sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, or similar platforms ✔️ Strong understanding of outbound sales, pipeline management, and GTM execution strategies ✔️ Previous experience selling into the UK market or working with UK clients is highly preferred ✔️ Previous experience in recruitment, HRTech, AI products, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus What You’ll Do ✔️ Own the full sales cycle from discovery call to signed contract, driving revenue growth across the UK market through inbound and qualified opportunities ✔️ Execute go-to-market strategies to expand Qureos’ presence across the UK enterprise, SMB, and recruitment sectors ✔️ Run high-quality discovery calls, product demos, negotiations, and commercial conversations with HR leaders and decision-makers ✔️ Work closely with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and leadership to improve conversion and buyer experience What We Offer ✔️ Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure ✔️ Opportunity to join a high-growth, VC-backed AI company scaling across global markets ✔️ Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy ✔️ Clear career progression into enterprise sales, leadership, strategic accounts, or GTM leadership roles ✔️ Direct exposure to experienced founders, operators, and investors
