Role Overview

An Insights Executive is well-organised, with an interest in PR and/or analysis, and with strong attention to detail. You will be joining a small Insights team that delivers detailed media analysis reports that add human insight to our media monitoring and social listening software.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Insights clients. This involves coordinating our analyst production teams to ensure the timely delivery of ongoing, high-quality media analysis reports; acting as day-to-day contact for both clients and production teams; quality control of media analysis reports; and onboarding of new clients.

You should have a sound knowledge of media analysis and strive for high-quality output even when under pressure. Communication skills are paramount; in addition to keeping the Insights Manager informed and escalating issues or tasks, you should be able to present ideas and explanations to clients clearly and concisely.

Reporting into the Insights Manager, you will be expected to support managing the reporting pipeline and to implement processes set out by the Insights Manager. You will manage your own time to ensure that tasks meet their deadlines (both internal and external) and you should be able to take initiative, while also being a team player and open to ideas from others. Where applicable, you may be asked to support in marketing activity, pre-sales consultancy and training of other team members on specific tasks set out by the Insights Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Proofread and fact check media analysis reports to ensure quality Some hands-on production of media analysis and design of measurement programmes Management of a diverse portfolio of client reports and relationships Assist in the resolution of day-to-day client questions Participate in the coordination of production teams to ensure timely delivery of reporting Support training and feedback sessions for production teams Work with Director of Insights/Insights Manager to ensure sustained quality and growth opportunities where applicable Assist with testing new tools and platform changes as part of company-wide innovation efforts

To be considered to this role, you will need to demonstrate: Superior organisation skills – comfortable in multi-tasking and working on multiple projects; Strong verbal communication skills that enable you to manage expectations, deliver feedback, and participate in provision of training: Written communication skills – accurate proof reading is essential, and an analytical mindset and eye for detail Client / Account Management experience Desired experience includes: Analysis and research skills, utilising Excel and/or quick familiarisation of proprietary analytics tools Previous customer-facing role in which you have acted as a day-to-day contact Work within PR/media analysis industry and knowledge of best practice frameworks
