Interim Senior Legal Counsel - Real Estate & Development

Marsden Interim are excited to be partnering exclusively with a PE-backed player in the energy transition sector looking for an experienced Real Estate Counsel to join on an initial 6 month contract basis starting late May/June with potential to extend.

Working closely with the CEO and senior management team you will be responsible for supporting the business on real estate and project development matters including: draft, review and negotiate commercial and project documentation, construction, development and service contracts support on site acquisition transactions related project financing advising on and managing joint venture partnerships engaging external counsel ensuring best practice compliance, regulatory and governance managing a paralegal

You will be 10+ years PQE preferably with training and experience gained in a real estate, projects, infrastructure team of a highly regarded firm. Experience in the energy transition or renewables sector would be advantageous.
