As Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 month FTC), you'll manage end-to-end hiring across a defined business unit while working closely with leaders to shape and deliver effective hiring plans. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs, support workforce planning discussions and promote internal mobility, all while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who can balance delivery with building strong relationships and contributing to longer-term talent initiatives.
Hours of Work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Home based with travel to sites/offices 2-3 x per month (inc. London, Midlands, Lincoln, North West).
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery from role briefing through to offer and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to develop and deliver hiring plans aligned to business needs Contribute to workforce planning discussions, providing insight on talent availability and hiring timelines Support and promote internal mobility, ensuring internal talent is considered as part of hiring activity Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment requirements Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and industry networks Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and assessments Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Support employer branding activity, recruitment events and wider talent initiatives Provide recruitment guidance and training to hiring managers Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting and ATS data
Requirements Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume hiring and direct sourcing Experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver hiring plans and support workforce needs Confident using recruitment systems and tools, with a focus on data accuracy Understanding of workforce planning and internal mobility best practice - beneficial Experience supporting recruitment initiatives or projects - beneficial Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different levels of the business Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to balance hands-on delivery with a collaborative, business-focused approach Full UK driving licence
