Interior Design Project Manager & Sourcing Specialist — Freelance/Contract

About We are looking for an experienced sourcing and procurement specialist to support a private client of HENI on a residential project in London, working on a freelance basis. The client is acting as their own creative director, and we need someone exceptional at making their vision a reality.

This is a purely logistical and executional role — the creative direction is set.

Responsibilities Sourcing materials, fabrics, fixtures, and furniture to precise briefs and mood boards. Leveraging trade relationships to access London and UK suppliers and securing trade pricing. Tracking orders, managing lead times, and coordinating deliveries around the main contractor's schedule. Organising samples (tiles, paints, finishes) for client sign-off. Maintaining detailed budget spreadsheets across all interior costs.

You Are Highly organised and detail-driven, with a strong network of London and UK suppliers, makers, and trades. You are a skilled collaborator who thrives on executing a clear vision — and you have no interest in imposing your own. Formal project management experience is useful but not essential; what matters most is that people who work with you know you as someone who never drops the ball.

Important: This role does not involve creative direction. The client leads all design decisions. We are looking for someone who sees that as a feature, not a limitation. You will be able to travel to London and be flexible with time.
