Eligibility Note: To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must have graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program within the past 18 months or be graduating prior to September 2026. This role is intended for recent graduates seeking hands‑on experience within the real estate investment industry, with the potential to be considered for future full‑time opportunities based on performance and business needs. Based in London, UK, the Intern, International Real Estate will report to the Vice President, International Real Estate. This junior professional role will actively support the International Real Estate team, working closely with Investments, Asset Management, Research, and other groups as needed. The Intern will contribute to the development and execution of the International Real Estate Strategic Plan by analyzing the current investment portfolio, supporting due diligence on investment programs, partners, and opportunities, and preparing insights and recommendations for senior team members to help optimize portfolio performance. What We Offer: An organization and leaders that support your development through meaningful work experience A Student Mentorship Program designed to provide support throughout your experience Opportunities to build your industry knowledge through weekly Speaker Series & Fireside Chats Opportunities to build long-lasting industry and professional relationships What You Will Experience: Support the International Real Estate investment platform by contributing to portfolio and market analysis, investment evaluation, and strategic initiatives across Investments, Asset management, and Research Support investment analysis and due diligence activities by assisting with data collection, financial review, and preparation of investment materials Gain exposure to financial modeling and valuation analysis, supporting cash flow projections and investment performance assessments Collate information to create and maintain reports and presentations for various business forums and audiences Maintain project roadmaps and backlogs Organize team SharePoint sites, MS Teams channels, and other digital documentation Assist in the development and documentation of processes and best practices Assist with organizing and scheduling team meetings Provide administrative and operational support as required Perform other duties as required What You Will Bring: Graduated within the past 18-months or graduating prior to the start date from a bachelor’s or master’s program with a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Mathematics/Statistics Previous experience working with a real estate company or investment banking firm is desirable; a strong interest in developing a career within real estate is essential. Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and comfortable working with complex data sets Experience with financial modeling and an interest in applying financial analysis to real estate investment decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate key insights, themes, and recommendations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, or productivity is considered an asset Highly proactive and collaborative, with the ability to take direction, work independently, and move projects forward Embrace and proactively support QuadReal’s values and its culture of environmental sustainability and corporate and social responsibility Second European language is desirable #LI-DNP The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
