We're hiring legal interns.

Artane Partners is a boutique capital advisory firm that connects companies and fund managers across the world with sovereign funds, family offices, and institutional allocators in the GCC. Our capabilities span equity advisory, debt advisory, and capital markets, covering everything from growth equity placements and structured credit to IPO advisory.

As a legal intern, you'll work directly on live transactions, drafting, reviewing, and managing the legal documentation that underpins our capital-raising mandates.

Our interns work on real transactions from day one.

Here's what you'd actually be doing: → Qualifying investors for live capital raises across equity, debt, and structured transactions → Conducting due diligence on counterparties, clients, and investment opportunities → Drafting and reviewing engagement letters and fee arrangements → Drafting and sending mutual non-disclosure agreements for prospective clients → Supporting contract management and legal documentation workflows → Drafting invoices and supporting post-closing administration → Assisting with regulatory and compliance checks across multiple jurisdictions

Real transactional legal exposure across the full deal lifecycle.

What we're looking for: – Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously – Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Word and document management – Excellent written communication that is clear, precise, and professional – Working knowledge of contract structures and an ability to issue-spot – Familiarity with e-signature and version control tools (e.g., PandaDoc, DocuSign) is a plus – Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree (LLB, GDL, or equivalent) – Prior experience in contracts, corporate/commercial law, or in-house legal preferred but not required – A genuine interest in corporate finance, capital markets, or transactional law – Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership

This is a full-time, unpaid remote role.
