We are now working with a US investment bank, who are looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to their European M&A team. You will supporting the origination and execution of a broad range of corporate finance deals.

Key Responsibilities Full member of deal team, working on M&A deals Complete involvement in transactions from inception to completion Financial analysis; deal strategy Financial modelling, valuation, due diligence coordination Working with senior clients on deal structuring and negotiation Origination work such as marketing materials
