Investment Manager / Lead – PBSA | Cheadle We are looking for an Investment Manager / Lead to join our team at an exciting point in our growth journey. This role offers scope to evolve, with the opportunity to step into a senior position as our PBSA platform continues to scale. You will support senior leadership across investment analysis, acquisition appraisal, and portfolio performance for a growing PBSA portfolio. This is a hands-on role with exposure across the full investment lifecycle – from feasibility and modelling through to reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities Building and managing detailed financial models for PBSA investments Supporting acquisition and JV partner with robust investment analysis Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance Preparing materials for investors, lenders and internal stakeholders Researching UK PBSA market trends and funding conditions
