You’ll play a key role in service stability, incident leadership, and process governance during a complex transformation. 🛠️ Key Skills Required Strong experience as a Major Incident Manager (MIM) (mandatory) Hands-on Problem Management & Change Management Proven experience leading CAB meetings & senior stakeholder engagement Deep knowledge of ITIL® v4 Experience in Service Delivery, IT Governance & SIAM Strong communication & ability to work under pressure ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA Service Management Software License & Asset Management (nice to have) ✈️ Travel Requirements Initial travel to Warwick & Leeds during transition (expenses covered) Note: Leeds-based candidates’ regular commute is not expensed 💼 Why This Role?
