Junior Creative Specialist

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banbury. We aren’t looking for someone to just follow a script, we’re looking for a technical architect who can sell a vision. As a startup, we are in a rapid growth phase where the "right way" to do things is still being discovered and we want you to discover it.

We are seeking a growth oriented individual eager to deliver high-impact, creative campaigns. In this role, you will design visual templates, produce engaging assets, and leverage data analytics to optimise campaign performance.

Qualifications Creative mindset General video editing tools Social media campaign experience (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X) Experience in Photoshop is a plus Degree in Marketing is plus
