Key Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple departments

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reports for senior leadership

Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning

Analyse financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency across the business

Support investment banking activities including deal analysis, valuations, and transaction support

Prepare variance analysis and commentary for board-level reporting

Monitor market trends, sector performance, and commercial opportunities

Assist senior analysts with investment appraisals and portfolio performance reviews

Work closely with leadership teams across UK offices to support strategic decision-making

Maintain strong financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance standards

Support regulatory reporting where required, including financial governance and control processes

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within reporting and financial systems

Skills & Experience

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline

Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving ability

Strong understanding of corporate finance, forecasting, and business performance analysis

Excellent communication skills with confidence, presenting financial information clearly

Commercial awareness and genuine interest in investment banking and financial strategy

Knowledge of AML, compliance, FCA, or PRA regulations is a strong advantage

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
