The Role

We are looking for a driven Junior Marketing Trainee to join our team, looking to learn new skills and break comfort zones. This is an entry level opportunity suited to individuals who want to build practical experience in marketing while working in a people facing environment.

As a Junior Marketing Trainee, you will learn the first foundation of customer facing engagement, before moving into a leadership focused role. In this role, you will be involved in face to face customer engagement, supporting marketing campaigns, and representing clients professionally. You will receive direct coaching and structured training to help you develop skills in marketing strategy, communication, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities Interact directly with customers to support ongoing marketing campaigns Present products and services in a clear and engaging way Develop an understanding of marketing and customer engagement techniques Work towards individual and team based performance goals Assist with the coordination and delivery of marketing activities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results

Requirements Comfortable working in a customer-facing role Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required Degree educated (or equivalent) Excellent communication and people skills Positive, confident, and professional attitude Eagerness to learn and grow within a marketing environment Self-motivated with a proactive approach
