Junior Risk Analyst

The Role

• Support the delivery of risk and regulatory compliance projects for financial services clients. • Assist in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from business development to execution and deliverable preparation. • Conduct gap analysis, identify improvements, and provide value-adding recommendations. • Draft client conclusions based on research and project work. • Support Engagement Managers in managing project delivery and client relationships. • Contribute to non-client activities such as internal initiatives and research.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of experience in risk, control, or prudential reporting within the financial services industry, consulting, or regulatory bodies. • Good understanding of financial products and services in banking and investment. • Experience and knowledge of the UK prudential regulatory framework (PRA Rulebook, Supervisory Statements, FCA Handbook, Basel 3.1). • Familiarity with ICAAP, ILAAP, ICARA, Regulatory Reporting (COREP, FINREP, PRA), and Recovery Plans. • Knowledge of risk management frameworks, processes, controls, and practices in financial institutions. • Master's degree qualification or equivalent.
