How You Will Make An Impact
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting both day-to-day account activity and longer-term business growth. You’ll work closely with customer and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insight to help shape commercial decisions and maximise performance. Your key responsibilities will include;
Owning P&L responsibility at account level, supporting sales reporting, forecasting, business planning, promotions, terms, debt including all associated administration Producing daily EPOS data updates with clear, insightful commentary Creating & maintaining promotional performance tracking documents, sharing analysis with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner Managing customer relationships and coordinating day-to-day operational issues, including deliveries and shortages Supporting the development and negotiation of joint business plans to drive growth and unlock new opportunities
What Will Make You Successful
Ideally, you’ll bring up to two years of experience in a commercial FMCG role. You’ll be results focused, highly organised, and motivated to develop your commercial skillset. Strong numerical capability is essential, alongside a collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn and progress within a fast-paced environment. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and contributing confidently to commercial discussions.
