Key Account Manager – Life Science Research Sales London | Field-based

Own a high-value London territory at the centre of one of Europe’s most active research hubs, working directly with leading scientists and institutions. This is a strategic, consultative sales role for someone in life science sales looking for greater ownership, stronger accounts, and a more meaningful commercial impact. The role sits within a strategic, account-focused environment rather than a transactional one, offering direct access to leading academic and biotech customers, along with a high level of autonomy and clear scope for growth.

What you’ll be doing Manage and grow key accounts across academia and biotech Drive new business while expanding existing relationships Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles Build and execute strategic account plans Position solutions at both scientific and commercial levels Maintain pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting

Requirements Experience in life science sales (research tools, consumables, or instrumentation) Proven track record of delivering against targets and managing a territory Experience selling into academic and/or biotech environments Strong consultative selling approach Life Sciences degree; lab experience is an advantage
