ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Langham Club Manager, your key focus will be to:

  • ensure that all guests’ needs are being dealt with immediately and complaints are handled efficiently and written down in the logbook

  • greet, check in and perform rooming procedure

  • oversee the food and beverage offerings – ensuring that they are in sufficient supply and presented beautifully

  • motivate, lead and develop the Langham Club team

  • carry out administrative duties e.g. duty rotas, manage holiday requests, sickness/absence, monthly stock takes etc.

  • ensure that Health and Safety, food hygiene regulations and procedures are followed and respected at all time

     

ABOUT YOU

  • previous food and beverage background is desirable
  • previous experience of working at a supervisor/assistant manager level is essential
  • understanding luxury customer service is a must
  • great attention to detail
  • strong managerial and leadership qualities
  • previous experience of preparing a roster, or handling a variety of administrative tasks
  • previous experience of Shiji, Opera PMS and MICROS systems is an advantage
