What You'll Be Doing

Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of backend engineers Taking ownership of technical standards and engineering best practice Contributing to architectural discussions and long‑term technical strategy Designing and delivering scalable backend services and distributed systems Ensuring quality, performance, and reliability across key services

Java (strong commercial experience) Spring Boot / Spring Framework Microservices & distributed systems Kubernetes Team leadership & mentoring Strong analytical / problem‑solving skills
