You may be an experienced teacher looking for your next step in leadership. We are particularly interested in employing a candidate who has a strong, forward looking vision for the Maths department. The candidate will: • Be an outstanding teacher with the drive and capacity to really thrive in this role and to become an exceptional leader. • Have a clear vision of how to improve standards in Maths. • Have the ability to teach and lead across both Key Stages 3 & 4. • Be able to lead, motivate and inspire students and colleagues. • Be resilient, hard-working, solution focused, and committed to transforming student outcomes.
