Lead Security Architect
About the Role As a Lead Security Architect at Proactis, you will be defining the security posture and strategy in coordination with the head of architecture and CTO that supports the technology strategy. This security posture and strategy will then impact all IT deliveries and ensures we are providing the best possible solutions to customers and the business while securing both from harmful interference. You will then be working with technical architects, developers, data scientists and others across the business to make sure this posture is picked up and delivered through reviewing their and you creating designs for solutions. You will previously been a technical lead in a security area or security architect where you have worked across teams in high-velocity change and transformation environments. Using your expert security knowledge to select and support teams in developing solutions, understanding best practices and ensuring security is at the core of every solution.

What You'll Bring
- Experience: Over 5 years’ experience as a software developer in a security domain. Security architect of more than 5 years or lead security architect with 3-5 years' experience in change or transformation environments.
- Technical Knowledge: Expert in .Net, SQL, Python, cloud specifically Azure, observability tools. TOGAF knowledge, enterprise architecture experience, system design experience, governance, working with on and offshore teams, mentoring others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, present ideas, and influence stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills to drive product development, foster innovation, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality products.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathise with users and anticipate their needs to deliver exceptional product experiences.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
